I am a divorced mother of four school-age children. Recently, after my husband stopped contributing to our support, I was facing foreclosure. After having missed several house payments, I owed more on the house than it was worth, so there was no way I could sell the house, especially through a realtor. I recently concluded a home deal with Larry Goudie. Larry offered me a great deal on a home with owner financing set up through a trust agreement. Larry was very helpful and easy to work with during the process and went out of his way to complete required documents. A few months later, it became necessary to sell the home.
